限りある大切な時間、本当に大切なことのために使っていますか？
ここで言う大切なこととは、自分にとって大切なことという意味。
他の誰かにとっては無意味なことでも、自分が大切だと思えばそれは、大切なことなのです。
最近、「忙しい」「時間がない」という言い訳をよくしています。
誰に対しての言い訳かというと、自分に対しての言い訳なのですが・・・。
やりたいこと、やるべきことがたくさんあるのに、どうもうまくこなせていません。
「忙しい、忙しい」と、いつも言っているような人間にはなりたくありませんが、無意識のうちに、言ってしまっていることがよくあります。
「時間がない」と言っている人ほど、実は時間があったりします。
要するに、時間の使い方が下手なんだと思います。
最近どうも、時間がないと思いながらも、どうでもいいようなことに多くの時間を使ってしまいます。やりたいことは他にあるのに、だらだらとネットサーフィンをしてみたり。
本来ならできていたはずのことが出来ていたいので、それがストレスになってしまい、悪循環です。
でも、本当に自分の好きなこと、やりたいことというのは、どんなに時間がなくてもきっとなんとかしてすると思うんですよね。だから、「やりたいのに時間がなくてできない」と思い込んでいることのほとんどは、純粋に「やりたい！」と思っているのではなくて、義務感を感じているのではないかと、最近思います。
この義務感ってのが私は苦手で、「やらないといけない」と思えば思うほど、やりたくな～いって思ってしまう、なんともあまのじゃくな性格を私はしています(^^；
人生やりたいことだけやって生きていければそれにこしたことはないのですが、やっぱりそうもいきません。優先順位をきちんとつけて、時には自分を律することも必要です。
ここで大切なのが、達成可能な計画を立てること。
例えば仕事が終わって帰宅し、その後自分の自由になる時間が3時間しかないとします。そこに5時間分の計画を詰め込んでもできるわけはありません。
基本的に私は、手帳にその日にすることを書き留めておくようにしているのですが、それでも見たいテレビがある日もあれば、疲れて帰ってきてなんにもしたくない日もやっぱりあります。
そんな時はなんにもしません（笑
時々休みながら、時々一生懸命。
これがストレスを溜めない一番の方法かもしれません。
常に全力投球。
これができればどんなことでも出来るのかもしれませんが、私には少々難しいようです。
時々は休みながら、限りある時間を有意義に使っていければ、それが一番ですね。
私はそう思います。
